LinkedIn is the world’s leading business network with 722 million users (as of January 2022). 25% of all American adults use LinkedIn, and 22% of them use it every day.
The main reason? To “strengthen their professional network”. For individuals, it’s a great place to keep in touch with old colleagues, get referrals for new business, or look for a new job.
But how do you effectively market your business on LinkedIn?

To access LinkedIn, you must create an individual account. This is also your LinkedIn Page admin (although you can add more Page managers later). I’d recommend signing up with your work email address, but hey, I’m not your boss.
Okay, now we can create your page. After logging in, click the Work icon in the top right of your browser. Scroll to the bottom of the menu that opens and select Create Company Page.
They are all self-explanatory except for the “Showcase pages”. These are for companies that want to separate divisions in their store to each have their own sub-page but still link them to the main company page.
