Creating a well-managed YouTube channel with consistent content can help businesses grow better, but getting it right is just as important. Here’s how, step by step.Sign in to your Google account.
To view, share, create and comment on YouTube content, you need a Google account. Go to youtube.com and click Sign in in the top right corner. From there you will be taken to a Google login page.
If you have a Google account, you will be prompted to sign in.
If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure to select the one you want to associate with the YouTube channel.
If you don’t have a Google account, click “Create an account” and follow the instructions to sign up for one.

Once you have your Google account set up and signed in, you can create a channel. Click your user icon in the top right. This represents both your Google account and your YouTube account (since YouTube is owned by Google). You will see a drop down menu where you want to click “Settings”.
Navigate to The Customize The Channel
We’ll start with the basic details about your channel. From your channel dashboard, click Customize Channel.
From there you will be taken to the channel customization page.

Add Branding Items To Your Channel
Below these channel pictures is your profile photo – this is how YouTube users recognize the creator of a video when browsing video content. This image will appear on the watch page under YouTube videos as shown below. YouTube recommends using an image with dimensions of at least 98 x 98 pixels. The banner image is a large banner that appears at the top of your channel page and is a great opportunity to communicate your brand to your viewers. YouTube recommends using an image that is at least 2048 x 1152 pixels. The video watermark is displayed on the bottom right of each video posted (see below). You should choose a logo that is 150 x 150 px in size that best represents you.
